New Arrivals for Autumn/Winter 25/26

Autumn / Winter is such a special time for crafters! As the nights draw in, temperatures fall and here in Britain, we’re often given more rain than we might feel is welcome, then the image of an armchair, fluffy slippers and a promising craft bag, full of exciting projects becomes an irresistible draw. Personally, adding a glass of my favourite cream liqueur and a rich, dark Java coffee on the side elevates the experience to the sweet side of perfection. I also love this time of year as I’ve been busy painstakingly selecting new kits, yarns, fabrics, gifts and cosy home accessories for the past couple of months from suppliers’ fairs and catalogues. Now the parcels have arrived, been checked and I can start sharing these wonderful new goodies with my lovely customers. What might you be tempted by?

Our sewing enthusiasts might like our new range of stunning autumnal designs in cotton print fabrics. I’m especially pleased with cross-stitch kits from our new European supplier, all made to UK and EU quality standards. There are vibrant florals including

blousey peonies, magnolias, tulips or roses, exotic koi carp in richly vibrant shades or classical art for timeless pieces.

I’m confident our knitters and crocheters will appreciate the superbly soft and huggable quality of pure merino wool yarns, made in Europe or the luxurious blended cotton and bamboo yarns, completely natural and so lovely to handle.

As many of us start searching for gift ideas at this time of year, we have chosen sterling silver jewellery from Cornwall, luxury accessories from leather crafters, Acorn & Hide in Rutland, charming journals and children’s books from new supplier, From Me to You.
