East of India Handmade felt decoration - Woodland baby in lime tree leaf

This Hanging Handmade Felt ornament is from British designers, East of India.  A baby woodland sprite wearing a green hooded cloak is secured inside an ochre or mustard coloured lime tree leaf, with handstitching on the front to decorate and neatly blanket stitched around the edges. A hanging loop in the back is threaded with a fine cord which if you choose can be replaced with yarn, ribbon or cord. 
 
I love having little decorations to surprise the finder in small nooks and crannies of my home - miniature wood vases of lavender flowers on a picture frame, a wooden mouse on the door frame and the bottom of a mirror - this little woodland sprite is looking for a 'nearly hidden' space of their own..
